Rentals do not have exclusive use of the studio (two artists have their own spaces within the studio), so we ask that noise be kept at a reasonable level.​

Minimum rental is 4 hours and maximum rental is 2 days.

The studio is located in an industrial area so not suitable for filming or sound recording.

Lighting equipment is not included in rentals.

Proof of full vaccination of a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine is required by everyone entering the studio. No exceptions.

No events or parties.

No animals at anytime due to severe allergies.
