Rentals do not have exclusive use of the studio (two artists have their own spaces within the studio), so we ask that noise be kept at a reasonable level.​

Minimum rental is a half day (5 hours) and maximum rental is 2 days.

The studio is located in an industrial area so not suitable for filming or sound recording.

Lighting equipment is not included in rentals.

No events or parties.

No animals at anytime due to severe allergies.
