Rental Information & Policies
Rentals do not have exclusive use of the studio. Two artists have dedicated workspaces within the studio, so we ask that noise be kept at a reasonable level.
- Minimum rental: Half day (5 hours)
- Maximum rental: 2 consecutive days
- The studio is located in an industrial area and is not suitable for filming or sound recording
- Lighting equipment is not included with rentals
- No events or parties
- No animals permitted at any time due to severe allergies
